How do I register for the half day workshops & Training

Workshops – 15 May

There are 3 easy ways to register for the half day workshops:

How do I pay?

Confirmation of your registration, as well as our banking details will be sent via e-mail at the time of registration. The easiest way to pay is by using our secure online booking service with a credit or debit card. Alternatively, you can pay by bank transfer, cheque or you can ask to be invoiced.

Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard. Please note that WE DO NOT ACCEPT American Express or Diners Club.

Payment is required before admission to the two day training course will be permitted.

When should I pay for the Workshop/Training?

Payment is due on registering for the Workshop/Training or upon receipt of the invoice. Important to note that payment is required before admission to the Workshop/Training can be guaranteed. If you have not paid for the event by the date of the Workshop/Training, you will be asked to sign a personal payment indemnity form.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Workshop – 15 May

  1. All cancellations must be received at ITWeb in writing before 25 April 2017.
  2. Any cancellations received after this date will bear a 100% fee and will not be refunded.
  3. Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference.
  4. Cancellations and substitutions must be sent via e-mail to Lerato Mathize at lerato@itweb.co.za

Training – 17 & 18 May

  1. All cancellations must be received at ITWeb one month prior to event on 18 April 2017.
  2. Any cancellations received after this date will bear a 100% fee and will not be refunded.
  3. Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the training.
  4. Cancellations and substitutions must be sent via e-mail to Lerato Mathize at lerato@itweb.co.za

Can I send a colleague in my place?

We are happy to make a substitution for you at no extra charge. Please send the name, job title and full contact details for the person attending in your place to our customer services manager Lerato Mathize at lerato@itweb.co.za

Can I share my place?

Two or more delegates may not 'share' a place at either the half day workshops, or at the two day training courses. Please make separate bookings for each delegate.

Do I need to pay a surcharge for special catering – paying delegates?

There is a R450 (inc VAT) surcharge per day for Strict Halaal and Kosher Meals. Please indicate your dietary requirements during online registration, and this amount will automatically be added to your total invoice.

How do I get to the venue?

Can I use the Gautrain to get to the venue?

Yes you can, however it does involve a connecting bus.

The station will be Midrand and you will take a bus to Sunninghill, GAUTRAIN BUS STOP M3-15, which is at the corner of Eglin and Simba Road. From Simba you go down towards the west until you reach Kikuyu ( it is a 5 min walk), right at the corner there will be an entrance to The Core Shopping Centre.

What about accommodation?

Note the cost of overnight accommodation or any travel is not included in your registration fee.

Are all meals and refreshments included?

Yes, all refreshments and lunch are included. Please note that ITWeb Events will charge R450.00 a surcharge to paying delegates if you have any special dietary requirements, other than vegetarian, which is included as standard. Please see the Workshop/Training programme for specific timings for the refreshments and networking breaks.

What should I wear?

The dress code is business casual.

What if I have special requirements?

If you have any particular requirements, disabilities, access, or any other needs we should be aware of, please do let us know when you register for the event. Alternatively, contact Lerato on (011) 807-3294 or email her on lerato@itweb.co.za.

Will I receive a copy of the delegate list?

For privacy purposes ITWeb Events does not release this information. You will however have ample opportunity to network with all attendees through our business matchmaking programme, a proactive, pre-show platform that lets you meet key speakers, sponsors and other delegates.
