Mr Rishard Baderoon has been promoted to Regional Manager, Performanta, in light of the growth achieved within the Western Cape after Performanta established a presence in the province only 10 months ago.
The Performanta office has steadily grown its client portfolio by offering honest and trusted solutions to its chosen markets. This growth has afforded Performanta the opportunity to increase its staff complement, creating five new jobs in the province since opening its doors in January 2014.

In his previous position as Business Development Manager of Information Security, Baderoon was instrumental in positioning Performanta to become one of the premier providers of information security and risk management solutions in the Western Cape.
He brings with him 18 years of experience in information security management.
