Business today is a war - every company, corporation and NGO is vying for growth, revenue and market share, and you cannot win a war without intelligence, says Corrine Sandler, founder and CEO of Fresh Intelligence, a global market research agency.

Sandler, an award-winning speaker, will present an international keynote address at the upcoming ITWeb Business Intelligence Summit 2015: "The art of intelligent war - using actionable insights to win business battles".

Her presentation will show delegates how to use actionable insights to acquire new customers, retain current customers and build advocacy, apply predictive analytical tools to predict customers' future needs and wants, and use company data to drive profit.

Sandler will use global case studies to demonstrate how businesses grew their revenue by using their BI insights successfully. She will also share some of the lessons incorporated in her best-selling book, "Wake up or die".

"I wrote this book because, every day, I see countless businesses - some of them decades old - that are dying because they neglected to make actionable intelligence a top priority," says Sandler.

This is the 10th annual BI summit from ITWeb. The line-up includes eight case studies from South African corporates from different industry sectors.
