The Sonus SBC 1000/2000 Course is intended to provide attendees with a dive into enterprise voice and Lync environments that require highly scalable and flexible SBCs to meet the needs of today's advanced VOIP deployments.
The course will start by looking at the detailed technical positioning and advanced voice solutions using Sonus products, and continues with hands-on sessions configuring the SBC 1000 and 2000.
Lync is the focus of the second half of the course, looking at select telephony integration features and how they differ from previous deployments, including branch survivability using SBA.
Four-day SBC 1000/2000 with Lync SBA Training
This four-day course is intended to provide attendees with a solid competency in the SBC 1000 and SBC 2000.
This dive into some of the technical challenges in the enterprise voice and Lync environments will highlight the need for a VOIP device that is highly scalable, flexible and capable of meeting the needs of today's advanced VOIP deployments. Target Audience
This course is targeted at system engineers, consultants and integrators responsible for the implementation and management of Sonus VOIP equipment within enterprise VOIP and Microsoft Lync environments.
They should be Lync-competent and understand PBX and IP telephony concepts such as ISDN, SIP and TLS. It is also required that attendees register on the Sonus Support portal before attending the course.
We do offer SIP training that is the foundation of VOIP as well.
