In March 2015, there will be a unification of Galdon Data Cape Town and First Technology Western Cape ("First Technology") to provide an even better customer experience.
The purpose for this unification is to create broader solution offerings to both the Galdon Data and First Technology client base. It gives the companies the ability to address customer challenges more holistically.
The transition will be seamless, with minimal impact for the customers and their businesses. Current service level agreements and contracts will be ceded to First Technology from both a customer and vendor point of view.
The Galdon Data technical staff will be joining the First Technology Technical Department to ensure all knowledge and experience are retained within First Technology.
The sales staff of Galdon Data will be integrated into the First Technology's sales team from 1 March 2015.
Fairoz Jaffer, currently Director for Galdon Data Western Cape, will be taking on the role as Chief Technology Officer at First Technology. This is effective from the 1 March 2015.
