South African-owned integrated solutions specialist, Intuate Group, has won Noble Systems' Select Noble User Group (SNUG) Award for EMEA Partner of the Year. This is the third successive year that Intuate Group has been awarded this title. Intuate Group also accepted the award for Best Practices in Contact Centre Operations on behalf of their customer, a top South African retailer.
Noble Systems, a global leader in unified contact centre technology solutions, hosted its fourth annual SNUG EMEA conference in Manchester, United Kingdom in June this year. The event closed with a gala dinner where only four companies were presented with SNUG Awards, which were given in recognition of the recipients' pioneering spirit and commitment to excellence using Noble Systems' contact centre technologies.
Intuate Group was commended for showing its commitment through the development of its solution expertise. Colin Chave, General Manager EMEA for Noble Systems, stated: "Key partnerships are a crucial part of Noble's growth strategy in EMEA. We're proud to recognise Intuate Group's continued ability in delivering expertise in Noble solutions and its leadership in the region."
