The award was given during the annual Cisco African Safari Conference which was held at University of Technology on 27 May 2015.
The award encompassed the instructor training that TCM Academy conducted from October 2014 to March 2015.
The criteria in selecting the winners were:
* Instructor training impact;
* Community outreach; and
* Communication with Cisco.
TCM Academy trained in excess of 35 instructors in IT essentials and CCNA for Vodacom, Sci-Bono, University of Johannesburg and Inqaba Yokulinda between October 2014 and March 2015.
This is one of the several awards that TCM Academy has received over the years as a Cisco Networking Academy and Cisco Instructor Training Centre.
Previous awards include the Instructor Excellence Award in 2014, Academy Outreach Award in 2011, Learning Academy Award in 2012, as well as recognition from Cisco for Five Years of Dedicated Instruction in 2012.
The best award TCM takes pride in is the overall positive impact that TCM Academy has made on its learners, partners and clients. This inspires TCM to constantly do its best above all else.
