Samsung's latest phablet, the Samsung S6 Edge+, will be available this month in South Africa for R14 879 from Vodacom.
The Samsung S6 Edge+ and Samsung Note 5 were launched at an event in New York last month.
The Edge+ is a larger version of the Samsung S6 Edge released earlier this year. The smartphone reportedly makes better use of its curved sides and has a live broadcasting feature.
Contract prices for the phone start at R649 per month for 24 months via Vodacom, and R599 on MTN.

Vodacom also announced pricing for LG's mid-tier smartphone, the LG G4 Beat, at R5 149, with contracts starting at R299 per month.
The Sony Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact, the Huawei Mate S and Samsung Note 5 will be available in South Africa soon, says Vodacom.
