Morpho in South Africa is proud to announce the release of the MorphoAccess Sigma Lite Series. This sleek and slim yet powerful fingerprint access terminal offers swift identification of 1:10 000 users in one second.

The range includes two design options offering an impressive interactive 2.8-inch Colour Touch screen. The Web-embedded server enables on-device enrolment, terminal configuration and transaction log retrieval.

Specifically designed for installation onto narrow mounting surfaces like server rack doors and glass aluminium doors, it is ideal for areas that require a high level of security. The ultra secure device has fake-finger detection, a duress-finger option and tamper switches.

Boasting over 100 000 devices installed throughout southern Africa, Morpho has built for itself a solid, dependable reputation throughout the years, committed to making life safer and easy.

"The release of the Sigma Lite Series has been long awaited by the market. It perfectly complements the MorphoAccess Sigma series family. With the new added features, it presents value for money. Biometrics is widely accepted in South Africa. Through the new generations of products, Morpho is keeping abreast of the latest technology trends in access control," says Paul Jeremias, Morpho South Africa MD.
