BluePencil Education Services - now a level 2 BBBEE company

Johannesburg, 09 Feb 2016

BluePencil Education Services is proud to announce the company has been awarded level 2 BBBEE status.

BluePencil Education Services was created as a separate company alongside BluePencil Consulting in 2015, and has a core focus on changing the lives of everyday employees to help them perform at their best.

"By making learning a pervasive element in the workplace, we empower employees to reach for learning whenever they can, rather than as a grudge task. Through multiple paths to success, we create learning that appeals to all manner of learning preferences and styles. This empowers employees with confidence to be the best that they can be," states Samantha Snyman, Managing Director of BluePencil Education Services.

A long-term division of the company is SAP education, and the team has over 10 years' experience in designing learning solutions and delivering training to audiences ranging from occasional users to expert consultants.

"Our team of SAP specialists have in-depth knowledge of the core business processes and functionality within SAP. We partner with SAP and make use of their accelerators, tools and content to deliver holistic, sustainable learning solutions," says Pippa Foster, Director at BluePencil Education Services.

BluePencil Education Services also partners with SAP on some key initiatives to develop skills in the wider community, including the Skills for Africa Programme and the Ithemba programme, which aims to prepare graduates for the workplace.
