Ghana Health Service and the Ghana Health Ministry again endorsed the quality of training services it received from AWCape in the past and again during a one-week visit in June 2016. Ghana Health Service and the Health Ministry has a large installed base of Sage 300 (Accpac) and for a second year chose AWCape to train its users.

Principal Accountant, Yaw Boakye, said that Ghana Health Service, which has a presence in every district in Ghana, has a need to increase their productive use of Sage 300 and found that AWCape best fitted the role of trainer because of its experience and Africa footprint in support of Sage 300.

Madame Regina Okan, Deputy Director of Finance in charge of Financial Information Systems Management at Ghana Health Services, commented "By attending the training at AWCape we are improving financial reporting through effective and efficient system management in the health sector."

Included in the June 2016 training programme was the latest release of Sage 300c (cloud), which is a full Web-enabled system, with a natural ability of being deployed in a Virtual or Cloud environment.

This new release from Sage will ensure that companies who initially invested in Accpac will continue to reap the benefits of the continuous product development, including availability on mobile devices. This is a great benefit for organisations such as Ghana Health Service with its distributed base across Ghana.

AWCape has pioneered the deployment of Sage 300 (Accpac) in a Virtual Private Server (VPS) environment for more than three years now and their increasing client base are all benefiting from this service.
