Powertech System Integrators wins ClickSoftware Partner of the Year Award at ClickConnect SA event

Powertech System Integrators (PTSI), a subsidiary of Powertech and the JSE-listed Altron Group, walked away with the Partner of the Year Award at the annual ClickSoftware ClickConnect partner event, held in Rosebank.

ClickSoftware is a leading provider of automated mobile workforce management and service optimisation solutions for enterprise and small businesses, both for mobile and in-house resources. ClickSoftware's mobile workforce management tools are configured for an organisation's specific requirements and eliminate the challenges presented by legacy solutions.

ClickSoftware's Partner of the Year Award annually recognises exceptional performance from its partners in South Africa and is the highest recognition available for a South African ClickSoftware partner.

According to Veena Vallabh at ClickSoftware SA, hard work, commitment and collaboration with ClickSoftware, as well as a positive revenue contribution in 2015, led to PTSI being named as Partner of the Year.

"This award is testament to the great work that we are doing in all areas of our partnership. PTSI met and exceeded a number of criteria, including delivering two of the fastest ClickSoftware implementations in the world. Thanks and recognition must go to the PTSI team that has successfully implemented the ClickSoftware solution at a number of our key customers," said Francois Blignaut.

To add to the celebration, one of PTSI's customers, the Automobile Association of South Africa (AASA), received the ClickSoftware Customer of the Year award. PTSI successfully implemented an integrated dispatch (scheduling) and field service management (mobile) solution for the AASA, which resulted in significant productivity improvements.
