EOH scoops CRM Partner of the Year at Microsoft Partner Awards 2016

Microsoft announced its top performing partners at the Microsoft Partner Awards at Gallagher Estate in Midrand on the 24th August 2016.

The Microsoft Partner Awards recognise partners in South Africa that have demonstrated excellence in innovation and implementation of Microsoft customer solutions over the 2016 fiscal year. The event is the culmination of several weeks of evaluation, initial scoring, elimination rounds and panel interviews of those partners which tendered submissions in each award category.

EOH Microsoft Dynamics CRM was pleased to be awarded the Customer Relationship Management Partner of the Year Award for 2016, securing its place among Microsoft's top performing partners. It faced stiff competition from strong players in its market segment, but secured first place due to its phenomenal growth over the past two years and meeting all the relevant criteria.

EOH Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a Gold Microsoft Partner, has deep CRM expertise across multiple technologies and its business has grown rapidly over the past few years. It offers the full suite of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to its clients, including CRM on premises, CRM online and EOH private cloud. It sells the core service offerings around the product, such as business analysis, implementation, customisation, integration, training, after sales support and SLAs.

"Working closely with the Microsoft team over the last year has resulted in a number of competitive wins and unlocking more value for the customer by utilising the new features in CRM. In line with EOH's policy to be a force for good in Africa, we have implemented solutions in several government departments to assist citizens and help government to be more efficient with the resources at their disposal," says Ian Wilson, Sales Manager, EOH Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

With the recent acquisition by Microsoft of FieldOne, Adxstudio, Voice of the Customer, FantasySalesTeam and several others, EOH is focusing intently on driving business in to these new platforms. Its broad offering across all Microsoft technologies gives it a competitive advantage in the market. This ability to develop and integrate around CRM is significant given that Microsoft see CRM as a "relationship framework" that can be developed for almost any eventuality.

EOH has also launched the EOH 702 Youth Job Creation Initiative, which aims to create 100 000 jobs by 2020 in South Africa. By making effective use of government skills development initiatives and the intellectual resources at the disposal of EOH, the company has taken on over 10 000 learners and graduate interns since 2012, absorbed them into the workforce, and between itself and its partners, set about imparting work skills to them.

EOH Microsoft Dynamics CRM enrolled ten learners on the CRM Academy Programme for African Youth which aimed to train and certify graduates on CRM and CRM Online. Four of the learners that we enrolled on the programme have already qualified, making them Microsoft Certified Professionals. This will provide them with much-needed skills and qualifications and will enable them to move forward in a fulfilling career in Microsoft CRM.

"As EOH, we feel truly humbled and honoured to have won this award. 2016 saw us signing a number of large clients in the private and public sector, incorporating almost 900 CRM licences, 654 of which were in the cloud. We will also be implementing the largest deployment of FieldOne in the MEA region, boasting over 1400 licences. The development of an ADXStudio retail e-commerce portal with a SAP Hana S4 integration ensured that we created a high-value digital solution and delivered meaningful return on investment for our clients," says Daniel Turtledove, Regional Director, EOH Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
