Phase 2 Three Sixty has heart and soul

Phase 2 Three Sixty is a business that genuinely cares about turning a profit with integrity, says Samantha Muller, its Marketing and Client Relationship Manager.

When you look at the bigger picture, we really are not all that different from each other, says Samantha Muller, Marketing and Client Relationship Manager at Phase 2 Three Sixty.

I say this from a business as well as interpersonal level. We all need our businesses to thrive but we all need our relationships within the work and home environment to thrive too.

So, you have to ask yourself and sometimes your colleagues; at which point do you put your head down and "get the job done" and at which point do you get the job done bearing the person/people in mind? Granted, you have to do what you have to do to get ahead and to ensure success but sometimes I wonder where the human side to businesses has gone to. All too often I see people stop at nothing to "get ahead" to make a quick buck, knowing all too well how and what was overlooked and totally disregarded in order for that buck to be made. It's shameful, heartless and damaging to say the least and if that is what it means to "have a job" then I am so grateful to be employed by a business that genuinely cares about turning a profit with integrity and with a heart behind its soul.

This particular method and ethos I like to call a natural or organic approach. Natural/Organic methods and ways of doing things tend to take far longer to reach the desired outcome, however, once achieved it can be and IS a very satisfying accomplishment. From a business perspective it may seem to be a meek way of putting things into perspective but I ask you this; when is it not a good approach to create and build on relationships with your clients and colleagues?

Having a clear and open attitude in dealings with your clients is one of the best attributes you can offer both as a business AND as a person. Communication (and whether good news or bad news is delivered) is paramount in achieving trust and understanding within your work environment. Service, communication and integrity create strong relationships and Phase 2 Three Sixty has never let me down once or made me question myself for being part of their team. A good sense of humour doesn't hurt either and makes for a fantastic day at the office!

I could sit and list all the achievements Phase 2 Three Sixty has under its belt but I believe that one should rather take into account all of the human approaches we have offered to our clients as well as our staff. People are people to us and not just numbers. We have assisted big corporates in offering deserving individuals opportunities to further their studies, we have helped create jobs for many by outsourcing and teaming up with companies that offer complimenting services to our valued clients, etc. and so the list goes on. Phase 2 Three Sixty's team members know that the open door policy goes beyond listening to an office query. We are blessed to have management that genuinely care for you as an individual and actually want to know how your day is going or how your sick family member's recovery is progressing. That is something that an employee or a client cannot ever study for or pay for because it's not found in textbooks nor is it on special for a limited period only!

I am so proud of the small-medium enterprise that is Phase 2 Three Sixty. I am proud of our achievements, our longevity, our passion for people, our drive and our desire to make the IT world a better place by delivering on knowledge, quality and ethics and also by allowing our business to work in a way that first and foremost has heart and soul. Here's to another 12 strong years and more!
