Adobe Connect: Leader in Web Conferencing 2016

Cape Town, 05 Dec 2016

Adobe Connect has once again been named a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Web Conferencing Report for 2016.

"As a key local distributor for Adobe, we are pleased to see Adobe Connect recognised in this report by Gartner", says Jeremy Matthews CEO of Dax Data. "We place a strong focus on promoting Connect's benefits, particularly when doing business in Africa," continues Matthews.

Their positioning in this report is evidence of Adobe's continued commitment to delivering an advanced, feature-rich Web conferencing platform that provides best-in-class virtual meetings, training and Webinars.

Gartner's Web Conferencing Report analyses real-time collaboration tools that support interactions over a network, between participants. As a leader in Web Conferencing, Adobe Connect has demonstrated the ability to meet customer needs through an offering of robust, scalable and feature rich products.

Adobe positions Connect as a strong choice for enterprises -

"We believe that persistency of meeting rooms along with content and the flexibility to customise the meeting experience are essential for rich collaboration and engaging events - and we will continue to deliver a product that supports our customers when experience really matters".

Adobe has had a productive year and it is pleased to see this reflected in Gartner's positioning of Adobe in the Magic Quadrant. Of note, Adobe recently announced a Flash-less participant experience, in addition to releasing a whitepaper outlining their vision on how HTML5 will impact Web conferencing in the future. We see these developments as a testament to Adobe's dedication to meeting the specific needs of its customers and ensuring ease-of-access to Adobe Connect meetings.
