PartServe: 'one-stop shop' for IT parts in SA

Johannesburg, 24 Feb 2017

As the IT parts distributor with the greatest number of official vendor accreditations for IT spare parts in South Africa, PartServe is now truly a 'one-stop IT parts shop'.

The company focuses exclusively on the southern African IT services channel, offering computer and spare parts distribution, centralised warranty services, re-manufacturing services and outsourced repair capabilities for a large number of recognised global vendors.

PartServe Channel Support is the authorised parts distributor of spare parts for HP, Acer, Canon, Epson, IBM, Lenovo, Kyocera, MSI, NEC, Packard Bell, Gateway, Zebra, Philips, AOC, Ultimate and many more. It has more than 85 000 line items of active and managed inventory in its logistics system.

PartServe director Lee Bowes says PartServe has the largest 100% owned and managed parts distribution footprint in South Africa, with branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein. "All parts are easily accessible to the dealer channel simply by calling one of our friendly, knowledgeable and up-to-date sales consultants.

"If you are battling with repairs, PartServe has a full technical training department where both in-house and various vendor certified courses are available. If you don't have the time for the staff to be trained, take advantage of the fact PartServe has a wealth of technical expertise to fix the problem for you," he explains.

"More importantly, PartServe does not charge any assessment or rejection fees on any of these repair offerings, with excellent customer care, communicating via phone, e-mail and SMS, to make sure that customers are totally satisfied," he says.

PartServe offers professional helpdesks for most of the vendors it represents to help with technical queries.

Bowes says this makes PartServe truly a one-stop shop. "We strive to meet our vendors' high expectations with regards to service level agreements. We also realise that an excellent after-sales support is fundamental to any business's growth, and even more so with IT products and parts," he concludes.

To search for available parts, customers can now make use of the online sales portal (https://www.partserve.co.za/buy/) or use the online chat system (http://www.partserve.co.za/index.php/contact-us) where all questions will be answered. All parts orders over R2 000 in value will be delivered free of charge to one's doorstep anywhere in South Africa.
