Emerge Queue is proud to announce the launch of Q-on-the-Go: a fully fledged mobile queue management solution powered by Qmatic Orchestra for Queue Management Solution (QMS) and Icomera AB Moovbox for 3G connectivity to the central server and WiFi functionality. The first 11 units were introduced into the field this last weekend as part of the Government Employee Pension Fund's (GEPF) roadshow in Khutsong. The GEPF introduced Q-on-the-Go as part of their Mobile Van setup that travels to rural areas around South Africa. Emerge Queue has already installed Qmatic Queue Management Systems into 16 physical GEPF branches, but with the addition of these 11 Q-on-the-Go mobile solutions there is almost no limit to where the GEPF can provide their services in South Africa.
With over ten years of Queue Management experience, Emerge Queue knew what features would be of importance when building Q-on-the-Go: mobile queue management, customer feedback modules, GPS tracking, multiple SSID's with up to 200 connections, offline capabilities through a distributed solution, integrates with tablets and other workstations, backup power (UPS) and remote support and maintenance.
