GreenForm eliminates paper in any customer enrolment process and digitalises paper-based business processes. It not only delivers all the features of the desktop version but brings the product to the web and mobile environments - integrating with various capture devices and focusing on the customers' business needs and unique operating challenges.

It is an upgrade from the desktop version GreenForm 2.

5.1. ID lookup and data pre-population
This is a feature that prepopulates all your information (name, surname, age) once you enter your ID number in the form. This makes filling in the form easier.
5.2. Capture device integration
The GreenForm application can capture content from several external and internal devices including:
* Meniko's Greenbox;
* document scanner;
* camera;
* signature pads; and
* fingerprint readers.
5.3 Data output
Completed forms and transactions are stored in the GreenForm or customer's datastore.
5.4 Store and forward technology
GreenForm allows you to work offline and then synchronise the transactions later.
5.5 Cloud or on-premises deployment options
GreenForm's cloud deployment is a multi-tenant application hosted in Microsoft Azure or the customer's preferred on-premises or cloud provider.

GreenForm is a proudly South African product developed by Meniko, with the focus of eliminating paper generation at its source.
