Enghouse Interactive - Presence announces it will sponsor the sixth edition of Customer Experience Management Africa Summit in conjunction with its partner INOVO.
The event, organised by Kinetic Events, is to be held on 16 and 17 August at the Century City Conference Centre, Cape Town.
Both companies will share a booth in the sponsors exhibition area and will interact with delegates to understand and help solve their unique contact centre customer experience challenges.
