Every year, Kyocera Document Solutions hosts their Global Service Awards, an initiative that recognises and rewards the company's best service technicians. The competition spans the company's global subsidiaries, and pits 2 500 service professionals up against one another to determine who is the best in their respective countries. Each technician completes a comprehensive online test. The 10 top scoring technicians go on to compete at the regional competition at Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa in Midrand. The winner then goes on to compete at the finals, held at Kyocera's European headquarters in Germany.

This is a prestigious award, as all entrants are put through a series of theoretical and practical tests, designed to showcase their knowledge of Kyocera hardware and software solutions.

The top three finalists each stand to win a Kyocera device and an all-expenses-paid trip to Japan.

Our SA service professionals, who have represented us at the final round in Europe over the last three years, have placed within the top three positions, earning them the coveted all-expenses-paid trip to Japan, and we hope to do the same at the 10th annual Service Awards.
