SkyGroup Communications has been appointed as the sole distributor of ClearOne's line-up of conferencing and collaboration solutions in SA.
The portfolio consists of professional audio and microphones, video collaboration, network media streaming, and unified communication solutions.
"We are delighted to be appointed as a distributor for ClearOne in the region, as it provides our partners with a quality range of tools they can leverage to improve the quality of their customers' communications environment," says Marius van Wyk, operations and technical director at SkyGroup Communications.
He adds that ClearOne has a well-established brand in the local market and SkyGroup will assist existing partners as well as bring new partners on board in the region.
According to Van Wyk, ClearOne's audio offerings offer high-quality audio conferencing systems which are key to enabling productivity in businesses.
Andrew Loadman, regional sales director at ClearOne, says SkyGroup is an ideal distribution partner and has an established AV market for its portfolio of products.
The company also maintains close relationships with resellers and consultants, he adds.
