Ubuntu - The Power of Connection

This talk provides insights on how to motivate others. Delegates will discover that the art of leadership is not getting people to do what we want done. Instead, when they want to do it for themselves they become self-motivated. As a leader, we can inspire that desire through the kind of relationship we build with them. People will be led by people who they know, like and trust.

About the speaker

Cohen is the author of four books and seven audio books. He hosted a television talk show in which he interviewed some of the world's top experts on success. As a leading authority on human potential, with an honour's degree in psychology, Cohen speaks and trains in the fields of motivation, sales, service and leadership.
