After last week's bumper edition, the latest National Tender Bulletin comes as a disappointment. The slender issue has little exciting to offer the ICT industry and includes a number of corrections and cancellations.

Department of Education, Western Cape
The province is looking for a mathematics software application and resources which align to the current South African school's curriculum addressing grade 12.
Note: In line with the Western Cape Provincial Treasury Instructions, the Western Cape Government will only conduct business with prospective suppliers who are registered on the Western Cape Supplier Database (WCSD) as well as on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) of the National Treasury.

Virtual Realities (VR), also known as immersive multimedia or computer-simulated reality, is a computer technology that replicates an environment, and real or imagined and simulates a user's physical presence and environment in a way that allows the user to interact with it. Virtual realities artificially create sensory experiences, which can include sight, touch, hearing and smell. The aim of this project is to immerse consumers in the unique experiences of KZN via virtual reality technology. The objective of using technology to promote the destination is to encourage the consumer to partake in the actual real experience.
