loboSPhere contract - a solution from the loboSPhere framework for business apps

loboSPhere contract expands the loboSPhere solution portfolio with a further SharePoint-based business application and provides a holistic system from the user interface, through background processes, to infrastructure and archiving.

loboSPhere contract is a preconfigured standard application for professional contract management, which is based on the loboSPhere framework for business apps and can be expanded easily and quickly with additional components.

Already in the standard product of the loboSPhere contract, eight different types of contract are delivered. The solution is deployed within a few minutes and seamlessly integrates with the existing SharePoint infrastructure. As a result, there is no need to operate additional servers or other IT infrastructure components. The user-friendly interface makes daily work with the system available in German and English.

The focus of the solution is the convenient recording and administration of contracts with contract periods, deadlines and reminders with automatic calculation of the deadline and notice of termination as well as an integrated e-mail notification. The system supports the transparent management of contractual relationships, the automatic generation of documents, the execution of approval and approval workflows, as well as the compliance-compliant archiving of the relevant e-mails and documents. The integration into MS Outlook and ERP systems with bidirectional data exchange round off the solution.
