Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning have been prevalent for big data applications and research institutions for years, but what are the implications for the enterprise IT department?
In October, Samsung Enterprise Mobility travelled to Gartner's 2017 Symposium/ITxpo in Orlando, Florida, to speak with executives and attendees about the future of AI.
"Augmenting the workforce helps them utilise their time better and provides them with the necessary resources to get the job done faster," said Nader Nanjiani, international marketing director at HARMAN International.
HARMAN is working on an AI-based virtual assistant to help the enterprise IT department save time and money. Nanjiani made the value clear: "Customers can use this bot to ask questions - and get quick answers."
