Matsei Technologies & Consulting has joined the IFS Partner Network as a channel partner for Africa.

IFS is a global enterprise applications business. Pretoria-based Matsei is 55% black-owned and specialises in IT solutions for the public sector, defence and aerospace, agriculture and health sectors.

Matsei will deliver enterprise resource planning, enterprise asset management and service management solutions to IFS customers in the asset- and product-centric sectors in Africa.

Resources from Matsei will be certified through IFS Academy, the organisation's official training and certification programme.

Bertus van Niekerk, COO of Matsei, says his organisation is excited by the potential to take the IFS solutions to large African organisations that need to streamline their operations and address complex asset and operational management requirements.

Mohamed Cassoojee, country manager and MD of IFS SA, says Matsei has a proven track record in the South African government, as well as experience and skills in some of the key vertical markets IFS is targeting for growth.

"Together, we are well placed to help African organisations enable business success and drive digital transformation," says Cassoojee.
