EOH appoints new group financial director

Johannesburg, 04 Dec 2018

EOH Holdings is pleased to announce it has appointed Megan Pydigadu as its new Group Financial Director. Pydigadu will join the group with effect from 15 January 2019.

Pydigadu joins EOH after a career spanning articles at Deloitte in both Johannesburg and Boston, senior financial positions at De Beers and Bateman, and, most recently, she was Chief Financial Officer for Mix Telematics, a JSE- and NYSE-listed company, a position she held for over six years.

The appointment of Pydigadu follows the announcement on 3 October that the EOH Group FD John King has resigned.

Stephen van Coller, CEO of EOH Holdings, said: "I am really pleased to have secured the services of Megan, at a time when we are not only rebuilding EOH as a much better and more stable IT company, but are actively pursuing organic growth as we entrench our position as Africa's largest technology company.

"I want to thank John for his dedicated work over the last decade. I look forward to welcoming Megan officially in the new year and am confident that the EOH Executive team will deliver on our strategy."
