Trace Systems acquires SynExi

Systems integrator for the US Department of Defence, Trace Systems, has acquired SynExi, a provider of enterprise architecture, says Military and Aerospace Electronics.

Dale Geesey, who will serve as vice-president of emerging technologies at Trace Systems, says: "Emerging technologies such as IPv6, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and cloud computing are examples of key enablers that are required to achieve the vision for organisations like the army.”

Geesey will grow the existing Trace Systems IPv6 practice area as well as enhancing Trace Systems' data centre consolidation and enterprise architecture capabilities.
