Nexidia unveils speech analytics solution
Speech analytics solutions for the call centre can bring tremendous value to organisations, providing they are implemented and used properly, reports TMCnet.
Speech analytics and call recording software company Nexidia, for example, recently unveiled ESP, a speech analytics software application that provides improved, and more simplified, filtering so companies can uncover only those trends which are truly important.
The system reportedly sports an intuitive user interface that makes it easier to set-up and use compared to other solutions.
Runco International is now shipping a new digital high-definition (DHD 3) external video processor controller, with 1080p up-scaling, standard with several of its high-performance video projectors, states Twice.
Runco says the DHD 3 continues to be "installer dependent," although it has been designed with enhanced ease-of-installation features.
The unit offers full ISF calibration suite and make the calibration process "more seamless", enabling individual display calibration through the controller and eliminates the need to access the onscreen display controls.
Having released a sophisticated 'LED array' (locally dimmed)-based TV last year, Samsung has introduced a more affordable series of 'Edge'-based screens, indicating a change of approach, according to HDTV.
The Korean manufacturer has now announced a return to 'LED array' systems, with the 8500 series launching this September. According to the company, the LE55A956 was the first mainstream LED TV from Samsung to enjoy the benefits of LED technology, promising Plasma levels of black level ability.
Earlier this year, Samsung's 6000, 7000 and 8000 series signalled a move away from the more sophisticated 'LED array' systems to more affordable 'Edge'-based screens.
