Archivo spearheads cloud BPM

Throughout February and March, Archivo, supported by Channel Partner Avanquest Solutions, will be hosting one-to-one consultations for clients who want to grow their business, improve customer service and save costs, says SourceWire.

Following unprecedented success in the US, Gartner Research has predicted that a cloud-based line of business solutions and business process management will be the UK's next technology revolution.

Archivo are spearheading a joint initiative with Avanquest to introduce the UK to the benefits and cost savings of business critical solutions being provided in the form of software-as-a-service.

Credit crunch improves IT, BPM

Businesses claim to have improved their management processes and the way in which IT supports them, more than a year after the recession began to bite hard, states Computerworld UK.

That is according to the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Index, a report that uses a variety of factors to score businesses on a scale of one to 10, where 10 represents perfect performance management.

The report assessed organisations' views of the quality of their processes and information governing the stakeholder environment, market model, business model, business plan, business operations and business results.

Sandia selects Exterro's solutions

Exterro, a provider of workflow solutions, has announced that Sandia Corporation, a national R&D laboratory for the US Department of Energy, has chosen its Fusion solution suite to automate its legal processes, according to MarketWire.

Fusion is a single platform designed for legal, IT and records management teams to work together through legal governance, risk and compliance initiatives. Leveraging Exterro's Fusion workflow platform, Sandia has implemented Fusion Legal Hold and has selected Fusion Discovery Workflow Management for further automation of their electronic discovery process.

"Sandia is dedicated to excellence in e-discovery," said Peter Warner, litigation technology specialist at Sandia. "The automation of our legal hold process will help us to meet our litigation and compliance obligations more effectively, as well as help save time and costs throughout the litigation life cycle."
