The IT Service Management Forum of South Africa (itSMFsa) is an internationally recognised professional body that is dedicated to promoting the growth, governance, and quality of IT Service Management within organisations. The forum is made up of non-profit chapters who are represented in 50 different countries across the globe, including South Africa. Members gain access to valuable research information, a network of industry experts and peers, and access to a central body to assist in evaluating and providing independent counsel on ITIL based implementations. itSMFsa’s mission is to develop and promote ‘best practice’ and standards in IT Service Management and to encourage the raising of professionalism within practitioners through qualifications, registration and research provided to the market. |
