Bytes People Solutions, the internationally accredited education, training, skills development and people consulting arm of the Bytes Technology Group, has earned three prestigious accolades.
In the Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards 2010, Bytes People Solutions was selected as a finalist in the Learning Solutions Partner of the Year category. “We were chosen as one of three Certified Partners for Learning Solutions, which made it to the finals, out of more than 25,” says Dr Madelise Grobler, MD of Bytes People Solutions.
In the same month, Bytes People Solutions was selected as a finalist in the Top Woman in Business and Government Awards for the Education category. This achievement is closely linked to the company receiving a BEE level 2 rating from Empowerdex for the second year in succession.
“Bytes People Solutions recognises the diverse society in which we live, and sees the workplace as an extension of this society,” Grobler adds. “In addition, our organisational culture is very much one of equality in all spheres of the business.
“What is significant for us is that we were mentioned alongside the University of Pretoria, the Durban University of Technology, and the Institute of Marketing Management,” she points out.
The company also won the Best Performing Oracle Approved Education Centre Award for South Africa. The main criterion for this award was positive client feedback, for which Bytes People Solutions scored more than 95%, as well as the number of interventions delivered by the company.
“Winning awards is not what it's all about, but I'm very proud of the ongoing commitment of our team to be the best of the best,” Grobler notes. “Our focus is to ensure that our training offer stays in line with technology demands as well as with the requirements of our clients.”
