Sw'itch, the company that pioneered electronic data interchange (EDI) for healthcare professionals in South Africa, will rebrand itself as MediSwitch in April this year.
The new name aligns its innovative healthcare switching products and top quality services more specifically to its markets - the healthcare professional, pharmacy and medical schemes. It will enable existing and future customers and business partners to immediately recognise these products and services.
The whole team at MediSwitch is excited about this new phase of development in the company's history. Since 1993, the company has grown to the extent that during the 2010/11 financial year, it switched over 91 million claims for over 12 000 healthcare practices.
The rebranding of MediSwitch reinforces the company's commitment to keeping its products and services in the number one position, for the benefit of all its customers.
