SAP Africa has announced the appointment of Ina Kirchner to the position of Marketing Director.
Kirchner is responsible for driving marketing operations that will further build SAP's reputation as the top ICT provider across the African continent.
“The best run businesses globally run on SAP, and our goal is to expand our partnerships to governments and businesses in Africa to use our technologies to accelerate socio-economic development, enable service delivery and business growth, and ultimately bridge the digital divide,” says Kirchner.
In her most recent role as Head of Demand Centre Campaign Management, Kirchner was responsible for implementing the Demand Generation strategy, leading a team across the EMEA region.
Prior to this, Kirchner spent 14 years in agencies - at the globally renowned direct marketing agency OgilvyOne, in Germany, as Regional Account Director for SAP and other customers in the IT industry such as IBM and Symantec.
