FlowCentric Technologies, a leading South Africa-based developer of smart business process management (BPM) solutions, has launched an end-to-end BPM solution designed specifically to optimise Sage ERP accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) technologies.
The solution, FloPac, enables companies to optimise their investment in Sage ERP software by providing workflow-enabled processes to automate and control business processes not inherently handled by Sage ERP.

Wessels believes FloPac is a valuable and logical solution for any company utilising Sage ERP. Boosted with FloPac, Sage ERP becomes an integrated solution for managing all aspects of a business, from everyday tasks like travel requests, stationery orders and capital expenditure, to implementing and monitoring enterprise-wide processes for improving internal communication and collaboration; ensuring adherence with internal and external service level agreements; improving response to customer issues, and enhancing service quality. These processes can be effectively monitored in real-time to identify issues and bottlenecks, and track performance.
FloPac also helps prevent costly mishaps, indiscretions and delays through enforced segregation of duties, strict legislative conformance, and by enforcing employee compliance with business rules, policies and procedures.
