Nihilent, a global consulting and solutions integration company, today reached a major milestone by completing 10 years of its journey. During this period, Nihilent has realised significant achievements to evolve as a creative consulting organisation engaged in introducing change through information technology, people and process interventions.
Since its inception on 7 August 2000, Nihilent has become one of the largest and most reputed Indian consulting/IT companies in South Africa, accounting for 70% of its revenue, and has built a customer base that includes more than 50 companies. The 800 associates, along with Nihilent's customers and partners, are responsible for this impressive growth which allows the company to offer a range of consulting-led services in a cross-section of industry domains like BFSI, supply chain and logistics, mobile computing and telecommunications, media and entertainment, government and state-run enterprises, technology and related services, healthcare, and small and medium enterprises.
On the occasion of Nihilent's 10th anniversary, LC Singh, founder CEO of Nihilent, said: “Nihilent was conceptualised with the objective of creating a different kind of company, through a unique holistic and systems approach to problem solving. We focused on quality and processes; within 18 months of inception, Nihilent was certified as ISO 9001-2000 compliant, and in 48 months assessed at SEI CMMI Level 5. We also invested time and money in our change management consulting practice based on our patented MC3 TM framework, and became a SEI Partner for CMMI consulting, training and appraisal services. The ability to integrate people, process and technology into a single holistic one was coupled with the automation of the same to make it scalable. This was the genesis of Nihilent's emergence as a truly differentiated company.

Nihilent is looking to leverage its Africa presence to expand in several countries in Africa and create a leadership position in those markets. Nihilent was recently awarded a patent for its predictive 'Customer Loyalty Evaluation' (CLE) model that helps businesses to successfully identify the loyalty drivers and build enduring customer loyalty.
