Dimension Data subsidiary Internet Solutions (IS) has made new appointments, after the company's former MD moved to Dimension Data in May.
In a statement, the Internet service provider said Tony Walt has been appointed chief solutions and marketing officer, succeeding Hillel Shrock, who is joining Dimension Data Middle East and Africa (MEA).
Walt moves from his role as MD of the company's international business and will be succeeded by Nick Reed, the current CFO for the international business.
In addition, Julian Sunker is taking on the role of COO at Internet Solutions, moving from his current CFO role at Dimension Data MEA.
In May, Derek Wilcocks, who was MD of Internet Solutions, moved to Dimension Data to head up its MEA operation. He replaced Allan Cawood, who left after becoming involved with the group in 1993.
Saki Missaikos, sales director for Dimension Data MEA since 2003, took over as MD of Internet Solutions.
Cawood, who sold Dimension Data a 35% stake in his company, Digital Networking Systems, in 1993, will spend time in the private equity sector in a bid to help start-up entities.
