About the survey
Not much is known about the extent to which companies are embracing social media tools as a part of business life.
As a result, Deloitte in partnership with ITWeb, conducted a survey to find out:
|1)||How extensively businesses are using social media tools.|
|2)||Which social media tools are being most used.|
|3)||How businesses are using the data obtained form social media tools.|
The 2012 Social Media Trends Survey was run online on ITWeb for a period of two weeks, from 30 July to 12 August.
