Eyerys - Best-of-breed CEM software now looking for channel partners

Smoke CCS, the company behind market-leading customer experience management software Eyerys, has decided to open up a channel strategy for the sale and distribution of the solution.

By opening up a sales channel strategy, Smoke Customer Care Solutions will be able to focus on new product features (R&D) and deployments into new industry sectors as well as various international channels.

Smoke CCS sees the importance of having industry-specific partners that will help to guide and develop new product features - it is not possible to have an intimate knowledge of every industry, therefore, it will be building on channel relationships to offer industry-specific customer experience packages in the months to come.

"Over the last 12 months, we have had a massive increase in the demand for user-friendly, intuitive and easily deployed voice of the customer software. Two leading South African companies, Inter-Active Technologies and ST-Solutions, have already signed up for the channel programme - both companies closed substantial deals within the first month of adding Eyerys to their product sets.

Understanding that customer experience management is a very specialised area of business, Smoke CCS is taking a very hands-on approach with its channel partners to ensure all sales staff are adequately equipped to open doors and close deals. According to Cook, no company is too large or too small to apply for the channel programme; Smoke CCS is looking for companies with the right cultural and professional fit.
