About the survey
Trends such cloud computing and social media have changed the way organisations do business and interact with their clients, but there is doubt as to whether organisations’ CRM systems are keeping pace with these trends.
As a result, Deloitte in partnership with ITWeb conducted a survey to find out:
|1)||What CRM solutions are most used.|
|2)||What CRM features are considered vital.|
|3)||What factors would motivate an organisatiuon to upgrade/change its CRM solution.|
The 2012 CRM Survey was run online on ITWeb for a period of two weeks, from 27 August to 10 September November.
