Foster-Melliar, subsidiary of Morvest Professional Services, launched first Kepner-Tregoe Foundation Course in SA

Foster-Melliar is now offering the Kepner-Tregoe Foundation Course in South Africa. The two-day Kepner-Tregoe Foundation Course develops the core critical thinking skills of situation appraisal, problem analysis, decision analysis and potential problem analysis, and ensures that participants understand how these skills can be applied for troubleshooting, independent of underlying technologies.

Kepner-Tregoe, one of the world's leading troubleshooting companies, has improved troubleshooting performance at organisations such as NASA, RIM, IBM and Siemens for over 50 years. The Kepner-Tregoe approach to troubleshooting is a structured and ITIL-recognised best practice for problem analysis.

The Kepner-Tregoe Foundation Course and Certification were co-developed by ITpreneurs in partnership with Kepner-Tregoe. ITpreneurs is the leading provider of competence development solutions for IT best practices. The Kepner-Tregoe Foundation Course is now offered by the global network of ITpreneurs partners, including Foster-Melliar in South Africa.

In customer-support environments, IT professionals are always looking for the right toolset with which to address problems and incidents.
