Global provider of customer service solutions Genesys has crowned Bytes Systems Integration its 2013 Partner of the Year in the UK, Ireland and South-East Africa region. The award recognises that Bytes Systems Integration, a Genesys partner since 2006, has brought in the most new accounts for Genesys in the region.
