Neotel has announced the launch of an expanded range of voice packages, NeoVoice Ultimate, which has been designed to help small medium enterprises (SMEs) to control communication costs effectively without compromising quality.
NeoVoice Ultimate is available in three variants, namely NeoVoice Ultimate 19k, NeoVoice Ultimate12k and NeoVoice Ultimate 6k, aimed at large, medium and small offices respectively.
Abid Qadiri, Chief of Business Solutions and Excellence at Neotel, says that NeoVoice Ultimate is a direct response to the market demand for a reliable and cost-effective voice service with a predictable monthly bill. Due to tough economic conditions, both small and large enterprises were looking to fix their monthly bills, and could no longer bear costly line rental and once-off connection fees that were charged for gaining access to voice services before even making the first call. As a result, we launched the first NeoVoice Ultimate 19k product in 2009, due to customer demand for a more predictable and cost-effective voice service.
"While our initial offering proved to be highly successful with larger enterprises there was still a gap in the SME market. The new NeoVoice Ultimate packages have been specifically designed to cater for this market," explains Qadiri.
Our customers will now be able to choose their level of exposure and effectively control their communications costs by choosing a package that suits their needs and budgets. Customers who switch to Neotel enjoy carrier grade voice quality on a next generation, future-proof voice network that carries nearly two billion minutes of calls a year - the largest of its kind in South Africa.
The new and improved 'NeoVoice Ultimate' now includes these offerings:
* NeoVoice Ultimate19k - aimed at larger enterprises with high voice usage.
* NeoVoice Ultimate12k - aimed at medium sized enterprises with a slightly lower voice usage.
* NeoVoice Ultimate 6k - aimed at smaller enterprises with a low monthly voice usage.
For a three-year commitment and a minimum monthly usage, customers may enjoy the benefit of no monthly line rental and no once-off set up fee. Added to this, they are able to effectively control their communications costs.
