Entelligence proved the ability of its performance management software within the FirstRand Group. (people) Entelligence offers businesses the ability to manage and track employee performance and measure competencies through a 360-degree analysis process. The system extends performance management through a holistic approach that includes learning and development, competency-based recruitment, and career and succession planning.
