ERP.com companies implement Radical from Solutional

Johannesburg, 19 Aug 2004

Solutional, a Proudly South African software development company, has announced that SecureData and Iserve, divisions of the JSE-listed ERP.com, have selected Radical, Solutional`s flagship product, for their internal service, support and sales software requirements.

Having already tried and tested Radical at PFG Building Glass, where Radical has been implemented through Iserve as an IT help-desk solution for the past 18 months, ERP.com is confident in the stability, customisability and performance of the product. It has also been extremely satisfied with the consistent service and support it has received from Solutional throughout this period.

Angela Reed, Managing Director of Iserve, was involved in the product selection process. "We are impressed that, even though Radical is so customisable going forward to our specific requirements, we could install the `off the shelf` service and support package and it was already a good fit to our business processes. Best practices are already incorporated so very little customisation was required at the onset."

"The two ERP.com businesses are very different, so due to Radical`s flexibility we were able to offer two solutions with one product, servicing two disparate companies off a single SQL database," says Paula Hocking, Business Development Manager at Solutional. "This is where Radical`s strength comes into play through its advanced business rules processor and security profiles," she adds.
