The company
known as LA Technology, distributor for Accpac International
throughout sub Saharan Africa, was established by Jeremy
Waterman in 1989 and was acquired by Accpac International in
2000. Following that acquisition the newly named entity,
ACCPAC Africa, enjoyed tremendous success throughout Africa
for another four years until it was acquired by the Sage
Group Plc in 2004, and renamed to Softline Accpac. |

Softline Accpac is a division of Sage Plc responsible for the
distribution, marketing and support of all of Sage’s global
products. Our wide range of internationally recognised products
throughout Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands include Sage Accpac
ERP, Sage CRM and Sage ERP X3. Softline Accpac delivers varied and
proven business management solutions to organisations in many
sectors which include financial, distribution, service management,
retail, warehouse management, manufacturing and CRM for both mid and
large size markets. These solutions are implemented throughout 130
countries via a global network of qualified solution providers,
boasting a number of 150 in Africa alone.
Products within the Softline Accpac stable include those well known
to over four thousand local customers being Accpac
ERP, Accpac CRM, Accpac RMS (Retail Management Solutions),Service
Manager, Accpac Intelligence and Accpac Insight. A more recent and
very exciting addition to our portfolio is Sage ERP X3, a
full-service enterprise management software solution for
mid-to-large organisations. Sage ERP X3 offers an efficient
multi-company solution with a wide choice of languages, currencies,
enterprises, locations and legislations as required by organisations
operation across multiple countries.
