Deltalink
Consulting is a privately held company that
operates as an authorised value added distributor
of document management solutions and related
products for the whole of Africa.
We
strive for high levels of customer service
satisfaction and pride ourselves in having
customers today whom we have serviced since our
inception.
Our
particular areas of expertise are business and
business process analysis, process design, process
management, skills transfer, integration of
line-of-business applications with document
management and archiving systems, management of
unstructured data (including imaging) and
conversion of documents.
Deltalink
Consulting entered the document management market
in 1993 with the introduction of Alchemy into the
South African market. In July 2003 Deltalink was
appointed the sole value added distributor of
Alchemy products for the whole of Africa.
Deltalink is also the sole value added distributor
of the DrDoc document management system for
Southern Africa. In addition we distribute several
key complementary document capture and conversion
products, including Pixel Translation’s
QuickScan and ABBYY’s FineReader (OCR) and
FormReader (Forms Processing) products and SDK
suites.
We
sell our products through a value added reseller
channel. The reseller organizations range in size
from small companies serving very specific
vertical markets to companies ranked amongst the
top ten ICT organizations in South Africa. In
addition we have resellers and installed solutions
in several other African countries.
Users
of our products include, inter alia, local
government, banks, manufacturing organizations,
distribution companies, insurance companies,
consulting engineers and service organizations
