Fourier Approach and RQTech join forces

Fourier Approach (Pty) Ltd and RQTech (Pty) Ltd concluded an equity transaction at the end of 2009. In this transaction, Fourier Approach (Pty) Ltd acquired a stake of 30% shareholding in RQTech (Pty) Ltd.Fourier Approach is a company in operation since 1998 and specialises in the provisioning of industrial engineering services, as well as the design, development, operation and support of information system solutions. The primary markets served are the financial, commercial and parastatal sectors.RQTech is a company in operation since 2000 and specialises in the development and support of document management and workflow solutions to the market, primarily to the local government sector, as well as some custom design, development, operation and support of information systems to the financial sector.
