Tracer Mobile Workforce launches electronic sign-off feature

Leading workforce effectiveness company, Tracer Mobile Workforce (Tracer MW), today launched an added electronic sign-off feature to its solution.The feature, which uses One Time Password (OTP) authentication, driven from SMS servers, will operate on any cell/smartphone or tablet device that has Internet access at the time of the sign-off.Today's announcement is the first in a series of new feature introductions for Tracer MW. The new electronic sign-off capability enables companies that require customer sign-off to immediately get confirmation of the activity that has taken place. This is especially relevant for deliveries, job completions, supply chain process management, or even appointment confirmations. No more paper trails, staff not arriving for appointments, or late notifications of delays in your business processes.
