Niche data storage specialist service provider, Computer Storage Services Africa (Pty) Ltd, has launched a data recovery laboratory division in the Western Cape.
The branch includes a hard disk drive remanufacturing plant and tape drive repair services division.
Both reseller and end-user organisations in Cape Town and the surrounding regions will have the unique opportunity of reviving lost data from hard drives, memory cards, memory sticks and magnetic media. These services are to include forensic services and RAID recovery services boasting a 92% success rate.
Hard disk drive remanufacturing is new to this region and will therefore aggressively attend to both low capacity and obsolete hard disk drive demands and requirements. Providing a one-year warranty on hard drives sold, a three-month warranty on hard disk drives repaired and a three-month warranty on tape drive devices repaired and serviced.
A zero quote rejection fee policy continues on offer for this region.
